Well, I've now got my own lights so I can do home shoots. Only trouble is I've already busted one of the modelling lamps. Never mind though, new ones aren't too expensive!

Photoshoot with Holly Locket

Yesterday (1st) I had the pleasure of photographing the gorgeous Holly at, what is a new studio for me, Photopia in Strood. An amazingly talanted model that needs very little direction, we started off with a short fashion shoot and moved through to some arty nude stuff at the end, via a bit of shiney stuff in the middle. The time just flew by and I only just scratched the surface of what I wanted to do......so we'll have to arrange another shoot in the near future.

Anyway, here are just a small sample of what we got up to!!!

And a good time was had by all.

4000 hits

Well, as of about half an hour ago my Website has had just over 4000 hits and it's only been up and running for around 3 months. Well done me!!

Waiting for the parcel man!

After paying for a Saturday delivery I'd almost given up hope of Parcel Force arriving with my package, then, at about 12.30 he turned up! Some NEW GEAR had appeared. I've now got some stuff to allow me to use my speedlite off camera. A lightweight lighting stand, a widget for the flash and a brolly, plus a gold brolly for studio work and some nice coloured filters from Lee Filters to brighten up the backgrounds a bit. I havn't tested out this shiney new kit yet buy maybe tomorrow when the kids are here!
